Vizyon.com.au only provides delivery within Australia for orders via our online store. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the total amount of combined product weight in your shopping cart and will appear in your checkout basket.
Retail customer shipping rates are as follows;
- 0g to 2kg – $8
- 2kg to 5kg – $10
- 5kg to 10kg – $12
- 10kg to 15kg – $15
- 15kg to 24kg – $20
- Over 24kg – Free*
Customers receive free shipping on all orders of $150* or more.
Order and Delivery Processing Times
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery via standard post will generally take around 2-7 days from the day it is shipped from our warehouse on the Gold Coast to reach you. For remote locations and areas, please allow additional time for deliveries. If we anticipate any potential delays in processing, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order.
We are not able to guarantee delivery days or times. However, we will work to assist you in managing and ensuring your delivery is received in the earliest possible time period. Please note that Vizyon will not be liable for any delays incurred to deliveries as a result of external issues beyond our control.
